Poor service. I spoke to someone a few weeks ago about finding a job. When I called, they transferred me to another location. Despite that, the conversation went well. I was told to come in for an interview. Day of the interview, I got sick so I couldnt make it. I called only to be told that theyre walk in so I need not to schedule another interview. Well, fast forward to today, April 11. I got a voicemail to call them about a position I applied for. SIDE NOTE: I already have a profile online with ALL of my information. I called today, and theyre saying they have nothing on file for me, mind you I told them I received a call and gave them the name of the employee. She had an attitude the whole time she spoke to me, insinuating I called the wrong location. I didnt. I called the number of that was left on the voicemail FOR THIS LOCATION. She finally pushed me through to someone else who seemed like they could not be bothered with me. Told me Id receive a call back after an hour. I got a call in less than 20 minutes from the same person saying they couldnt help me due to lack of experience. I have well over 2 years in customer service and data entry. All information could be found online on their system. He then said ok bye and hung the phone up after informing me. Find another service if you can. They have nasty attitudes and poor customer service. It is not my fault that you dont want to work there. Ive already started with another agency who hired me immediately, and within the same time, got called for another position as well and was hired. These people arent equipped to help you nor do they want to in the first place. Good riddance. I wont be seeking from them ever again.
