        Took them 10 days to make 1 emdroidered hat for me. They said it would be ready today. Turns outs they are closed for the next 3 days and now I wont have the hat for the event that I needed it for. Update: its been about 15 days now. And each time I call they say it will be ready that same evening and that they will call later to let me know I can pick it up.
