Outdoor cable and phone boxes needed to be removed, and wires needed to be capped. They were prompt in returning my call, professional and thorough. With other companies failing to return calls, show up when expected, and so on, this was a fantastic experience! It was a simple task, and it was completed quickly and at a reasonable cost. I was very pleased with their friendliness and professionalism, and I will not hesitate to use Universal Electrical Services again in the future.

I recently had James come in and do recessed lighting in my dining room. He not only did a spectacular job, but he was kind and patient and listened to any concerns i may have had and was able to do the job exactly how i had pictured it. In fact, the final result was even better that i could have imagined. Amazing job Mariano .

Excellent work on a heavy-duty upgrade from 100 to 200 amps. The staff was quite pleasant and professional. The two electricians worked tirelessly. The journeyman was young and enthusiastic about his work...he is only 19 years old and appears to have been on the job for at least two years! I'm really amazed! This company comes highly recommended from me. Also, the best quote from three other companies. All of my electrical needs will be met by Universal Electrical Services.

I am extremely happy with Universal Electrical. They gave me a quote and told me how I could save money on the quote by buying pieces to create a 220v 20amp extension cable to go along with my new outlet. They were on time, extremely efficient and professional. I am very happy with their work, and they did a good clean up after .Thank you guys

One day, we decided to remodel our home. We placed an order for a chandelier. If I had the knowledge, I could have installed it myself. We contacted Universal Electrical Services and received nothing but excellent service. From the first contact to the installation, we've got you covered. I'm so impressed with their work that I'll be using them for all of my electrical needs in the future. I should also mention that the electricians who came out were meticulous and took great pride in their work! I would recommend them to anyone at any time.
