Called for an easy service of a dryer plug installation, they hooked me up with a technician very quickly. Somehow the technician was in Atlanta, GA and not my actual address in Webster...2 miles away vs. 500 miles away. This is what happens when you farm out your customer service.

This is an exceptional company, with extremely competent service people. They cleaned as they went through the repair, and other than everything working properly, you would never know they had been there. This is an excellent company to work with.
