Technician is a great find. He does what he says hell do and is extremely responsive. He goes the extra mile to satisfy his customers, which is no doubt why he is constantly in demand. His pricing on our job was very competitive. I will use him again and highly recommend him.

The electricians at Elements Electric Services were very professional, courteous and efficient. They were highly responsive and accessible by phone and email. They swiftly identified all of the problems and resolved them all in a timely manner. They were in charge of coordinating with PG&E and obtaining all permissions. If I had any questions, the project's chief tech was quick to respond. Customer service is excellent. I will use them again and strongly suggest them.

Alex installed a new breaker box and updated my grounding system. He was courteous, efficient, and tidy. He took time to show me what he 'd done to update the grounding system. He also explained what I can expect in the future in regard to the electric meter.

Elements Electric Services guys were so very enjoyable to have in my home! They fixed switches, upgraded some of my lighting and installed several new fixtures. When the down rod on one pendant light was not straight, they managed to improvise a great fix so that I did not have to return a fixture. Any time we have electrical needs, we will again be calling on Elements Electric Services.

Very professional, excellent customer service, and pleasant techs. It was lovely to get a text with a photo of the person who would be visiting me. Knowing exactly who will be here provided me peace of mind. Even though what I asked for was not what I needed, they were honest and provided me a fair price. That means a lot to me, and I'll be recommending Elements Electric Services and doing business with you guys in the future. 5 out of 5!!!!!
