        My recent experience with Access Urgent Care Grand was great! The entire staff was friendly and courteous! The nurses and doctors made me feel better immediately. My past visits to Urgent Care's in St. Louis Mo. have always been pleasant. When your not feeling well, it is a blessing to be able to go somewhere to receive urgent, health relief. Thanks, Jackie

        Total Access makes it easy to get an appointment online and wait at home or a nearby coffee shop or your car until the phone app tells you to come. They will offer you a shorter wait at another nearby Total Access if it is available. Sometimes emergencies will come in and delay your appointment, as happened to me. This was understandable, as it IS an emergency center. My medical providers were good and I was listened to, examined, provided diagnostic feedback and we arrived at a collaborative treatment, and I was given a prescription. Good care and good system.
