I would not recommend this office. Everytime I went in I was made to feel that my teeth were going to fall out at any moment if I did not get special perio maintenance cleanings which added more costs than my insurance would cover. There was an issue with billing and I needed an itemized statement. It took multiple phone calls and filling out the contact form on their website and still no response. I did eventually get a receipt but the FSA rejected it. I emailed the Operations Manager and have been waiting seven (7) days for a response - nothing. Do not waste your time here.

The worst dental experience. I checked in and mid sentence the other receptionist explains shes been calling and leaving voicemails to me. I have nothing from their office. They inform me I dont have dental insurance and I need to pay $95 now. My husband is unavailable at the moment and I told them I did in fact have it. The Xray tech ended up cleaning my teeth. I have had my teeth cleaned and this was nothing like Ive had before. It took her less than five minutes to complete. The dentist came in and told me I have a terrible gum infection and that it will be expensive. $800 and still they assure me I dont have dental insurance. I did call back and asked if the hygienist was in fact a hygienist, they played dumb and said Im not sure who cleaned your teeth. Sure, got it. Ill be getting a second opinion and letting everyone know this place only wants money.

They have done a wonderful job cleaning my teeth I recommend everyone to go and see them now
