Dr. Allan Link and Dr. Andrew Link

Im very happy with my dentist Dr Allan Link, and his son Dr Andrew Link. They have provided a very friendly atmosphere, with excellent care!

I have been going to Dr. Allen and recently joined Drew link for the past fifteen years and have usually had a good experience with the services that they have provided. However, the reason why Im switching dentist is due to my own preference. About two years ago I had some x-rays done and was told that I have internal resorption in my top molars. They refered me to a specialist that is rather pricy. Right now money is tight for me and I decided to put off the exam untill my teeth start hurting, Now whenever I have an exam I constantly get harassed on why I have not seen this specialist they have reccomended. I dont know if they get a commission from this surgon but I dont appreciate being told over and over again to see this specialist. I have control over my own teeth. Second issue I have is the appointment booking department. Be aware that if you cancel your appointment you will be charged $50.00, I find this practice highly unacepptable. Things come up, People have issues and occasionally need to cancel appointments. Charging your clients a fee for canceling an appointment is unacepptable to me. In addition, they will also remind you Numerous times when you schedule your next appointment. EDIT: I no longer go to Dr Alan Link and Andrew Link and occasionally have received text messages stating that I have a balance due and they would send me to collections if not paid. I told them to screw off and maybe they shouldn't have taken an extra x-ray and then they wouldn't have been out $20 and haven't heard from them since.

I have been a patient of Dr. Allan Link for almost 14 years. His office staff is always friendly and helpful. However, Kirsten, a dental assistant in his office, is by far the most friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff that I have ever encountered in my 13 years as a patient in his office. She is hardworking and goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly!! THANK YOU KIRSTEN!!! You rock!
