I have been working with Dr. Weile for over a year. He has really helped me with a severe TMJ. My energy has increased dramatically in the last year. He has gone above and beyond to make sure I get the treatment I need not only in his office but also with other practitioners. He is always a good listener and works hard to make sure I am taken care of before I leave the office. I'm very thankful for Dr. Weile and his wonderful staff.

I was seen with tooth pain during pregnancy and Dr. Wiele was incredibly kind and patient doing as much as possible to relieve the pain without intervening. I came back not even 2 months after giving birth with the cavities we had discovered for a treatment plan. He again was, kind, patient and really lovely. I was excited to have finally found a great dentist. The tech began the exam and her hands smelled strongly of cigarettes. She took an excessive amount of time scanning my teeth with their new technology. We made plans for my cavities to be filled and made two upcoming appointments. I stated several times I am nursing a small, high risk baby, were there any risks with the procedures? I was quickly told no and assured I was good to go! My son needed to eat every hour at this point and they assured me multiple times that would be just fine and no problem at all. My husband came with me to my appointment to help with the baby and hand him to me to feed then take back so they could quickly continue working on my fillings with minimal disruption. I called the morning of and spoke to the staff upon arrival. All was well until Dr. Wiele stepped into the room. He warned me the numbing solution WOULD cross into my milk and transfer to baby so it was best to not feed him for a few hours until it fully wears off in my mouth. WHAT? I proceeded to express my concerns as my son needed milk every hour and I was told that would be absolutely no problem. Pumping was not an option as my baby has a difficult time using a bottle. My child was born with a rare disease, missing a portion of his brain I was not going to withhold food for him or take a risk aggravating his condition with the numbing agent going into his tiny body. I told Dr. Wiele I was uncomfortable with this and he quickly fired back, well, its not like hes going to DIE! My barely 2 month old, rare disease, sweet baby doesnt get to eat because your entire office and yourself told me the wrong information and blocked out your afternoon to help with my teeth which I was so excited to finally have done only for this to take place!? I ended up saying how uncomfortable I was and left and thank goodness I did! Upon getting out of the chair, he responded dont let your teeth rot! And he stormed out of the room. My very minor fillings needing done resulted in horrible, insensitive comments and a very degrading experience. I do not recommend this office for any type of work. They are super kind to rope you in then treat you like garbage once they are securing their money. The best part They billed me for a no show appointment and continued to send bills for scans I will never use as I wont be back. Horrible experience. I genuinely still cant believe someone spoke to me like this. What a disgraceful dental experience. Please find some empathy, Dr. Wiele. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Dr. Wiele and all the ladies that work with him are spectacular! From Jessica at the front desk, Megan, Tori, and all others, they are extremely caring and have grown to know me and my family over the years. They are super collaborative about scheduling (even when you have an incredibly hard schedule to work with). I am super thankful for them and all they have done for me over the years!

I saw Dr. Wiele twice. He wasnt very friendly during my 1st visit. I had a filling done during my 2nd visit & he was incredibly impatient with my gag reflex. I was raising my hands & begging for a break & crying & he persistently kept proceeding with the filling stating he was almost done & I could hang on. I continued to gag & cry to the point of throwing up which finally made him stop. I was furious. He didnt apologize but looked embarrassed. He let me gather myself for a few minutes & was more compassionate after he realized I wasnt faking my gagging. I have not nor will I go back. The office is also very outdated. They didnt have basic essentials (glasses to help with light or bibs with metal chain clip) for cleanings. I would not recommend Dr. Wiele. I cant imagine what a nightmare he would be with kids. He doesnt seem fulfilled in his work anymore & likely time to retire.

They do not discuss pricing with you prior to doing work. Charged my wife over 600.00 dollars for a filling on my 5 year old. Would not recommend to anyone ever.
