Unfortunately this product does not last "all day" on normal skin and they do not offer returns. I am pro small/family business so I was expecting a little help when it didn't last. Update: I never brought it back to you, that must have been a different unsatisfied customer. I emailed you over 3 hours after we purchased your product and we were told "it would last 3 days and if you have dry hands at least a full day" I have normal skin and it didn't last 3 hours. I was also not offered a second jar, I would be happy to take a second jar since this one won't last nearly as long as advertised. I was offered no solution except, to bring you the old jar and you would give me a new one. That was definitely a different customer you offered your free product to because my gentleman does not yell at me. I see your product is made with the same tact you are.
