Do not move here. The roof needs replaced and often leaks into the top floor units. They cannot seem to allocate the funds to get it replaced. Additionally, the cameras did not work for over a year. Residents only found this out after they tried pulling the footage because someone was able to come in off the street and steal packages. The basement level parking garage has large chunks of concrete falling from the ceiling due to a water leakage and has damaged owners cars. The owner I rented from was an absolute nightmare to deal with and was without a doubt the worst landlord I have ever dealt with in 7 years of renting. My apartment was not clean upon move in, and had several mechanical issues that took weeks to fix. My in-unit AC went out several times, and she kept coming up with excuses as to why she couldn't fix it. It was filled with freon 5 times over a course of 4 months before she procured a replacement and by the time the replacement was installed, it was fall. The entire ordeal was incredibly angering and I cannot stress enough to not waste your time or money on the people that own or manage this property.

A great condo location downtown St. Louis, right on Washington Avenue. Thr building has ample covered working, two rooftop seating areas, a small workout room, and is impaccably clean. More than that, Banker's Lofts has a strong sense of community that makes it a neighborhood in a building!

Bankers Lofts is a great place to live. Great community that routinely have Meets & Greets. Committees are available to join that continuously are making improvements such as updated lobby, new barbecue grills on the roof deck, a new library area, all new security with cameras & fobs, lighting upgrades, new patio furniture, a new roof replacement is underway, and much more. Ive visited all the downtown lofts and found Bankers Loft to be the best place to live and invest your dollars. The place is hard to beat!

We love living at Bankers Lofts. We were actually planning on staying for 2ish years just as an adventure, but now I don't think we'll ever sell our unit. We love that Bankers is almost all owner occupied. It feels like a family, but in a way that no one is being nosy, everyone has their own thing going on too. The community rooftop patios, inside garages that are the roomiest I've seen downtown, the common areas, activities, location, and peace of mind of living in a secure building with a state of the art security system are just a few of the reasons why we love it here.
