South City Computer

Took in my wife's computer that was running really slow and freezing up. South City tested the computer, backed up all the files, installed a new hard drive and re-installed the files quickly and at a great price. Will definitely use again if computer repairs are needed.

South City Computer site had an easy to use ticket system, he got back to me quickly, was flexible in scheduling and definitely showed concern for transparency as he made a point to walk me through each step to make sure i understood what was happening. Will use again, for sure.

They are the best! I have never worked with a better computer tech company. This company diagnose my issue and fixed it. It was complicated but he solved my problem. I am a small business. Nestor is officially our new IT department. He went above and beyond the call of duty. He worked after hours to ensure I was up and running.

After reading the reviews about how you treat your customers and go read their other reviews on what they mark and leave a good or bad review maybe I should report you to the Better Business Bureau for insulting your customers you think youre funny just because youre in St. Louis with 2 million people I could put you on the news for insulting your customers and well see how far you get then Im not your average customer and in fact I was going to mail my laptop from Oklahoma to Missouri but I think Ill save myself the postage and the headache Because if you think that youre just going to take my money and then be rude to me you have another thing coming buddy Ill make sure you share on so many social media platforms that you wont be able to keep up so text me you wouldnt criticize that other customer youve picked the wrong potential customer to mess with buddy boy
