        This location terrorize people. I waited an hour for a Matcha latte when I ordered it in store. The white middle age adult man. Kept saying I dont see your ticket as if Im a mobile order. The other barista had to let him know that Ive already paid it in order in the tickets out. I wanted a refund so bad. 60 minutes for a matcha!! Is insane
