These people know all the ins and outs of this city. Please do not replace them with automation!!! They are vital, necessary, and super skilled at helping exasperated citizens navigate city systems and beaurocracy!

This bureau is terrible.
If you submit a complaint on line, they do nothing.
You have to follow up on the phone with the service request #s
They have done nothing to omit the the horiffic trash problem.Trash isn't picked up for weeks and months at a time !!! It is a health hazard !!!!
The alderman then has to take your service #s and follow up. After works of garbage piling up ,maybe you'll get the trash picked up.
They supposedly have neighborhood improvement specialists but they are phantoms.

Trash pickup is horrible in the city, every week there are overflowing dumpsters and we were promised that they would put another trash bin in the alley and they never did. Its a waste of time when you call because trash man dont come to the weekends when they supposed to come on the weekday as well.

Hard to rate as it is the city services central complaint department, but resolution of any issue is a matter for the individual departments. Nice that they have in person, telephone and online programs.
