St. Louis City Street Department

These idiots come knocking on ur door at 8am to more cars. I guess for a street hump. You idiots need to put up signs the day before or something. 5 hours later no work has been done. I'm calling the police next time. Don't ever knock on my door again

The customer service was great. My only issue is that they do not accept debit/credit cards. This is a great inconvenience to people who do not carry cash or checks. Every other city department accepts them why not the street department also. It may help the department be more efficient if they were accepted.

River Des Peres - by far the worst Street in St louis. Every time it gets repaved, 10 more potholes are formed from not being repaved correctly. This is ridiculous and has been for as long as I can remember. The street division does terrible work. Don't understand why they even get paid!

Terrible customer service,the guy literally answered the phone while I was trying to talk to him ,this is a prime example of taxpayers money being wasted
