This was definitely not for me. I found it to be very robotic with an assembly line feel. With my last visit lasting only about 5 minutes, I knew this was not the level of care I needed. The only person there that I found to be personable and positive was at the front desk, Tammy. She was very helpful and friendly.

My husband and I have been coming to this locations for over a year now and we love it! Everyone that works there is so friendly and Dr. Nick is an awesome chiropractor. He gives great adjustments and over time my back has started to hurt less and less. Whenever I do something to hurt my back, I know Ill be feeling better in no time after Dr. Nick adjusts me!

Since coming to The joint I have experienced significant improved to my quality of life. No exaggeration. Ive been in the military over 10 years, participated in multiple combat sports and have remained active and have suffered various injuries over the years as well. Ive definitely beat up my body. I got to the point that I could not stay comfortable for more than a few minutes at a time without shifting to find a more comfortable position. I am incredibly thankful to have found so much pain relief through routine visits. They tend to immediate needs (if I come in and explain a specific/Immediate complaint) the doctor will listen to my concern, physically assess and make adjustments accordingly. One example, I went in and said that I had so much pressure when I inhaled that my ribs/back hurt with every breath I was immediately relieved of all the pressure in an single adjustment. This has happened with similar situations on many occasions. The doctors are incredible. Ive visited multiple locations around the Saint Louis area and this is definitely my favorite. To the doctors at The Joint Chiropractic South County, thank you for giving me back my quality of life again. I am so incredibly grateful.

My initial visit with Joint Chiropractic went very well. I signed up for a membership and paid $75 plus my initial visit price. Not long after my visit I was hospitalized for a seizure. I requested a refund as I knew I would not be able to use my membership visits both while in the hospital and during recovery. It was made clear to me by doctors it was not safe after the shock my body went through. I called almost everyday for about 2 weeks and never received a valid response of if I could receive one or not. It seemed as if a note was jotted down with my name and number but never any actual response. I am not upset I didnt receive a refund I am upset that there was no clear communication after both my husband and I talking to many different people almost everyday. I understand Joint Chiropractic doesnt typically do refunds but I feel as though I got robbed. Especially when staff was made aware. The clear communication & transparency lacked notably.

The Dr's are always very kind and helpful when it comes to relieving my back pain. The front desk is always kind and greets me when I come in. Always happy with the service.
