Best and most helpful verizon store I've been to. Other stores has messed up my info and created difficulties. Highly recommend coming here. Staff went above and beyond to help and gave me solutions to my phone issues. Will always come back here when I phone issue or need a new phone.

I went into the store today, it was my first time going to this store. I was helped by Blake Jansen. He was AMAZING! He greeted me as soon as I walked in. He really listened fully to all I needed to say. Which I really appreciated! He helped me with everything I needed. He was patient and super kind! I'm very pleased with my experience! I'm glad I chose this store. Definitely go here for all your Verizon needs.

My son went where today to look for options on way to decrease his iPad payment. The big girl I think her name was Breonna something convinced my son to purchase a phone and the whole time she had an attitude. He also said she had boogers which was very disturbing. When he came home I told him return that. When he got there she let out a big sigh. This made my son feel as he did something bad to her. She goes on to charge him $55 for a phone she opened. He even asked he could set up on his own but proceeds to charge him 40 set up fee. When it came to leaving she wouldnt explain how the rest of the refund would come and just rushed him out with a the rest will come in the mail he wanted to ask when how much is the rest if youre going there please avoid BREONA- big black girl.
