I was waiting on this...the store service was great..but boost service/company...y'all flawed...1st your phone payment service is down and it was told to me and others that we would have a month frrrrreeeee bcuz of your cyber issues...that was a lie..2nd...bcuz yoooour service is down and we have to come in store to pay you charge a wack 4 dollar fee...its not the customers fault that we have to come in and pay when we pay online..phone ect.....so u charge me to drive to your store?....what if people don't have cars...y'all need to waive that wack fee...don't be sorry about the inconvenience...waive these fees/payments till you fix it.....perrriod....bcuz it is a very big inconvenience...so guess we'll see what happens next month...

Came and bought some phones for my kids. They gave me a nice hookup and a nice rate plan that's affordable for me to pay. Will be back to upgrade their phones in the future.
