        our vehicle left us stranded Jacob arrived in less than 10 minutes and was awesome and professional thanks again ! what a lifesaver !

        I arrived 30 minutes before the pickup time, and didn't receive a car until two hours later. When I finally received the car, it had a cracked windshield and low tire pressure. Just take an Uber to the airport and rent from there.

        Really dissapointing! Walked in in the evening and reserved a car for next morning 07:30. As we got in there, no car available, no compensation offered or any sign of trying to find a solution for us. Arrogant attitude and poor service. A lapidar appology is not enough in this case because this ruined our daytrip in the area. Very unfortunate!
