I came up to the car lot and i was getting a Mercedes Benz. I did my paperwork and everything, but when i went to test drive the car the check engine light was on. So of course i wasnt going to put money on a Mercedes Benz that has a check engine like on. Kirk spoke with his supervisor and he informed him that the check engine light was just a battery issue. They said the next day it should be fixed for me to come up and get the car. So here i am today sitting here because i was told a lie. I called three times before coming up here and not once did they tell me someone else was filling out paperwork for the car. When i came in she had just finished up with paperwork. Yes not payment but paperwork. They stated that i was 5 mins to late but i called three times and no one never said anything. They are very unprofessional they are currently having their own conversations among each other while Im just sitting here. I do not recommend them to anybody all of their cars has 90thousand miles or more on it and they are over charging anyways. I guess God said i can do better

I got a 2009 toyota camry from them, nice and friendly customer service and i like their car selection, i would recommend them highly!
