I dont even know where to begin to start. I contacted Mr. Black about a month ago about delivering some material to do some driveways I responded to one of his ads on Facebook, I scheduled him out to deliver some material to some of my clients. We agreed upon a date for material to be delivered and it was not fulfilled. He told me one of his truck, got pulled over for being 27 tons overweight, and he could not fill my delivery for delivery was not made for several days once it was made, he demanded payment which I paid, because I was happy with the material that was delivered I Let It Go, I figured well mistakes happen and I let him deliver some more material to another property of mine He told me he would have it. They are on a Tuesday. It did not show up till Wednesday afternoon. He drove to the clients grass, even though the client asked him not to he done significant damages which I had to pay for also demanded payment, which I was going to pay him because I do not believe in screwing people but then he started calling me at 1 AM after he delivered the load demanding to be paid me, and him had argument I offered him $1000 because the customer had significant damage to his yard and he was also late with the delivery, which was more than fair He also told me he would eat whatever loss I took on the project the following day when I was going to pay him he even threatened to put a lien for $1800 on the customers property debt. He delivered the material to the day someone that had nothing to do with this dispute then cussed me out and now he has people calling me, threatening to kill me, because I hired a lawyer for me in the customer, please avoid this guy at all cost

Changed the delivery date of my order twice. Never ended up delivering my order. Received full refund and rep from company months later reached out to apologize and provide reasoning for lack of communication and services
