        We a VERY HAPPY with our new Jacuzzi shower! We chose the Elite Walls which were more expensive, but well worth the money. Kudos to Install Manager Dean, Plumber Jack and Installer Jordan. Our grateful appreciation to our Salesman Adam Todd for his responsiveness (twice) when their 800# was having start-up problems and to Jacuzzi VP of Operations Mark Cooper who called us and ensured a good experience-and then made that happen when there was a late scheduling problem. We had a very bad experience with a previous home improvement project and were nervous on spending that amount of money. But we are very happy now and have some good and funny stories to tell.

        Ryan & Jordan were knowledgeable & efficient. Very happy with work they did. They cleaned up several times both days. Shower is beautiful havent used yet but am looking forward to it.
