Cake Snob

I came in to get cupcakes for a coworkers birthday. Not only was the owner able to take a last minute order, but the cupcakes looked and tasted FANTASTIC!!

My niece is in Children's hospital right now. She had a heart Transplant . The cake that was supposed to be delivered today for her birthday didn't come . I started calling every bakery . In St Louis to see who could save the day . Nichol stepped up and delivered a beautiful cake with only 4 hours notice . Nichol you are God sent and I can not sing your praises enough ..God bless you

Do not I repeat do not do business with this bakery.Ordered a Birthday Cake for a surprise birthday party and couldn't even present it because it was that bad absolutely horrible.Nichole the owner agreed it was bad and promised a refund and three weeks later no refund

My disabled daughter gave the cake snob plenty of notice to make and deliver a sweet 16 (Jan 23, 2024) specialty cake to her neice in St. Louis. She lives in California. She was very excited and had never done this type of order before. I let her handle all of it. On the day of delivery, during transportation to the birthday address, the cake was turned upside and smashed. My daughter was crushed. Cake snob did deliver a small cake that evening to compensate, much too too late for the birthday party. The original order was over $200! My daughter was promised a full refund minus the $50.00 del. charge. My daughter has asked for the money 3 times and told it's coming. It's not here and it's been over a month, How is this woman able to keep doing business with this behavior? JESSE'S MOTHER

DONT DO BUSINESS WITH CAKE SNOB She is a Liar, Thief and cannot be Trusted. I ordered a cake, balloons, and a dozen of cupcakes from Cake Snob, I live out of state and was coming into town and need the items for a surprise birthday dinner for my daughter. On the day of the event, she was running a need late but did make before I did. When I arrive at the restaurant, she had only delivery the cake. I call her about ten times and text her no response. On about the eleven call she answers, lied, and stated the balloons was hiding the cupcakes and she was on her way back to bring the cupcakes; said it would be about an hour. One and a half hours later, I start calling and texting for an hour as of today, a week later no response. SHE CAN NOT BE TRUSTED AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY WITHOUT RETURNING IT IF SHE MESSES UP. Do Not SUPPORT her Business -CAKE SNOB, she is a snob.
