With the Nissan showroom construction, please note that the service lane is to the right at the VW dealership. Does make for a bit more congestion. But the service was pretty quick. I have had no issues with service.

I really like the text updates. The video of service work done is handy. Nice waiting area with vending machines & coffee station. I am VERY annoyed that I bought the oil change package 2+ years ago when I got the car, and they now are charging me a service fee for the oil change. Isn't that the point of prepaying for the service??? I didn't pay a fee for the first oil change. Nobody knew the price would go up that much, but that isn't my fault when I already paid.

They are always friendly and thorough. I love the video review of my car and the electronic communication. Only challenge is getting an appointment. They're always booked out far but I understand the environment so I didn't let that weigh into my rating.
