I visited Suntrup for an oil change and ignition security update. I didn't have the several hours needed for that, so I just got the oil changed. That was complete in less than an hour.

I dropped my car 2021 Sorento off for a Tuesday morning appt to have them fix an issue that requires me to jump the battery every time I start my car (despite the fact that my battery, alternator, and starter all tested good). Its now Saturday, and Ive heard nothing in the last 5 days other than were still working on finding the issue. Perhaps the most frustrating aspect of it all is that I pay an annual fee for Kia Connect, which allows me to see a variety of features at any given time from an app on my phone. Ive checked this app many, many times daily, and thus far, there has been literally one occasion in which my cars hood was open. Otherwise, the app continues to show my car parked in the same spot, outside and unlocked. If the dealership is unable or unwilling to diagnose and correct the issue, I would prefer honesty and not continually be given the runaround. I personally feel that because said issue is to be covered under warranty, that there is zero sense of urgency from the service department to address and resolve the issue. And I assure you I will most certainly never buy a Kia from this dealership ever again.
