Affordable jewel in a wonderful neighborhood. Just moved from NYC and chose this building because it offers great amount of space right at the heart of Central West End (a piece of NYC in St Louis). Staff is friendly, well trained and look to solve problems. Building shows its age but in charming way as management invests into maintenance. Happy to be here

The staff is amazing and so kind. The entire community is incredibly diverse and welcoming. The community supports local farmers with a buying coop which saves money while buying local produce... Attention to the details sets this apart! The buildings have authentic historical beauty but are impeccably very well maintained. The neighborhood is equally beautiful and the people are so open and friendly. Excellent walkablity convenient to groceries and fun things to do. So happy to be living here and not moving anytime soon!!

I moved in last summer after four decades as a homeowner. The Park Royal apartments are generously sized and comfortable. My friends are charmed when they visit this 1930s building that works so well in nearly 100 years later. What makes it such a great place to live is the staff- friendly, competent, generous people, some of whom actually live in the building. They are helpful and make this building a community.
