The maintenance crew is very nice and polite. We appreciate their effort. Front office workers, are very nice and helpful, mostly. The Manager is very nice and gave attention to our issues once we made her aware of the them. It took longer than we would have liked to get the issues finally handled and are still waiting on a couple of things to be completed but we definitely recognize the effort of both front office and maintenance crew.

Laundry area is dirty, washers and dryers are old and nasty. Building stinks like weed and cigarettes smoke all the time. Even though management claims this complex as non smoking community.

Maintenance came and spray painted my door I guess it's fine. But still don't have my in kitchen floor done. He said I had to sign some kind of consent. Tried calling office but no one ever answers.
Almost 6 months later my kitchen floor still isn't fixed. And now my sink keeps backing up again which means it's going to over flow again all over my kitchen again yet no one is doing anything about it.
Staff in office is nice though.

It is a very nice place surrounded by good things, they maintain tranquility in the units, their recreational areas are excellent
