Jan 2023 my truck was vandalized 4 men with guns stole my catalytic converter off my truck. The security gate is always open but on the advertisement it said secured and gated which it has not been working since I've been here Oct 2022 and I've spoke to several tenants they said it's been broke or not working for over 2 years and since Jan it's still not been fixed I suggest read all the reviews and visit the location

When I moved in I was told the Elevator worked it has not worked from day 1 and still doesn't. I have never in my life had roaches and this place is infested. People scream, yell, and slam doors all hours of the night making it impossible to sleep. The doors to the building are left open making the building insecure and the gates to the parking area are never closed.

I have been a tenant here for over a year. Onsite manager has always been able to assist me. Main office is located in Columbia, not Vietnam as stated by another review. Yes, they do go through Rhino. Elevator has been down. I was informed that the elevator is currently needing an inspection and will be up and running. Parking is gated lot. CCTV.

The lady who manages there is too worried about here Career than her tenets she finds false and over reacted reasons to FULL EVICT everyone in the apartment. This can mess up credit scores she doesnt care when you are speaking with her. Her name is Melba and the Corp. manager is Alexa in which lies about who she is when first meeting tenet. There are multiple problems to be fixed and thats why shes kicking everyone out. I only been here for a month and been expressing my growing concerns about the problems in the unit. She claim she has security footage that she will never show you. Theres roaches and gnats, holes in the wall, MAJOR PLUMING PROBLEMS where 16 ounces drip from the ceiling every 5 minutes.
