I lived in the Envoy Apartments, 601 Lepere Ave, for a year and absolutely loved my building, neighbors, the maintenance man (Todd) and property manager (Matt). The neighbors were very quiet and respectful which was change of pace if youve ever had loud neighbors. Anytime a maintenance issue arose, Todd was there ASAP to begin repairs. Anytime I had a question regarding our lease, Matt always responded to emails very quickly and kindly. My experience at Envoy was great and I would definitely recommend it.

We love, love, love living here. We love the apartment has been updated and easy to care for. With a swimming pool, underground parking and a private patio, it is easier to live in than the house we had for 47 years. Everyone connected with running the apartment house is professional, courteous and anxious to help. It is quiet, well kept and easy to live in. No words to say how happy we are here.

Me and my roommates had a great stay for two years at Envoy. The community is great for its price - updated, clean, modern. The location is unbeatable. The staffs I have worked with are extremely professional and flexible. Overall, a great place to live!!
