This is an incredible and gorgeous place to live. Ive been here for several months and it has been a wonderful place for my wife and I to raise a family. The apartment is very high quality and well laid out with high ceilings and a big everything. Id say its worth getting the remodeled apartment as it is so nice, it feels like owning a house without the work of a house.
Very friendly management with lots of activities that make this a great community. Also you get AT&T internet up to 5 gig speed which is the fastest internet in the region.

Ibe been at Boulder Springs for about 3 years. After searching for apt/after down sizing, & found this apt. Complex to be the best in the area. The highways are close by, as is all of the shopping areas on Olive St Rd & Dorset. The landscaping here is beautiful. The office staff is very competent & friendly. The maintenance staff is also knowledgeable, efficient & friendly as well. Our patio is larger than other apt. Complexes & a pleasure to use. About landscaping, lots of walking paths, & water features: ie, ponds & lake. The apartment layout is great, with abundant walk in closets. All in all, a great place to be in.
