Weve been using Fabick for several years now, making sure we had biannual maintenance of our heating and cooling systems, but have never had an emergency until last week. We noticed in the early morning that our AC was not coming on so I called Fabick and left a message. I got a call back in a couple of hours and Steve was out that same day to tell us the bad news; our motor had died on our 20 year old unit. Fortunately he was able to get a replacement motor and install it the following day, thus saving us a lot of money. He also called us three times trying to reach us before coming over. I just want to say that we could tell that this family owned business really cared about us and were trying to help. Highly recommend!

I called at 7 pm with an issue with my AC, and Steve called back right away. He gave me specific instructions of what to do, and it prevented me from having him have to make a house call. So friendly, helpful and sincerely wanted to ensure I was set before getting off the phone. If only there were more businesses out there that were like him and we committed to doing the right thing vs making money! Thank you!!!

Prompt, courteous, honest & transparent, knowledgeable, industrious & trustworthy. Everything you could hope for when looking for a reputable company when your A/C goes out in the middle of summer!
