This is an Amazing Place to Bring your loved ones and to know that you made the right decision by doing so. I have been in Healthcare over 20 years I have seen some frighting situations and I can tell you that here at Family Partners your loved one will be very well taken care of by this staff and upper management. The clients are treated with dignity and respect which is more than I can say about any nursing home. If you have a chance for your loved one to go to a place where their life will not be cut short just because of a diagnosis but embraced and listened to and loved . I actually love my job and this is a first time that I can say this.

UPDATE - We had been very happy with Family Partners up until the Director at the time left. She had been there since the center opened and decided to move on. We stayed to see what would happen and in less than a year they had over 5 Directors come in and out of the center. There were only a few staff to begin with and over half of them also left. The quality of service declined a great deal and the family feel that had once been there was no longer. They even refused to provide their tax id number for our income tax purposes. We left the center due to all of the change over in staff and the decline of quality of service. I would proceed with caution as many of the reviews out there are while the old director was in place. Family Partners the only name that would be more fitting would be Extended Family. My in-laws moved in with us so my wife and I could assist in the care of my mother in-law who suffers from Alzhimers. My father in-law was caring for her but as her condition advanced he was in need of assistance. They moved in and he remained her primary caregiver. My wife and I were able to provide him with respite care evenings and weekends by providing primary care for her at those times. This continued for 6 yrs until the unimaginable happened. My father in-law took a fall and passed away soon after. My wife and I were determined not to have my mother in-law go into a nursing home but both of us needed to still work. Prior to my father in-laws passing we had looked at other programs to enroll her in to provide her with some socialization and my father in-law some additional respite care. After touring many programs that made the hair on the back of my neck stand, we found one that was part of a large religious organization with an adult program that we felt safe with. We brought our mother in-law to tour. She liked it so we enrolled her. Within a short period of time it became apparent that their staff were just there to earn a paycheck. They were there to do what they were paid to do but nothing more. Participants were just things they had to deal with while at work and were glad to leave when the day was over. They expected each and every participant to conform to what they deemed to be the norm. While she was only enrolled for a short period of time, this experience made us hesitant about other programs. I reached out to A Place for Mom to see if they could provide me with some suggestions. I told them a bit about my mother in-law and about our previous experience. They told me that they knew of a great place for me to check out Family Partners. They were so right! Family Partners has become an extension of our family. Each and every member of their team truly care for everyone that participates in their club. Actually care does not cover the extent of it. They actually become extended family. Not the type of extended family that you cannot wait to leave or dread seeing at the family reunion, but the extended family that you are excited to see, cry over when they leave, and cannot wait until you see them again. The Family Partner team are there not just because they work there. They are there because they truly care about each and every club member. They have been a life saver for our family! They have provided us with a wonderful place for my mother in-law to be while my wife and I are at work. My mother in-law has actually improved a bit since enrolling her. She cannot wait to get there in the morning, and at times, is not ready to leave when we come to pick her up. She loves each of the team members so much in fact that she has managed to learn many of their names. She cares about the other participants and they care about her. If you find yourself in a similar situation as my wife and I found ourselves in, let me save you some time, aggravations, and nightmares, call and make arrangements to visit Family Partners. You will be very glad that you did.
