        BSW used to be a decent firm. Since Armanino bought them, it is a disaster. Errors in accounting, late to answer questions, everything becomes an emergency. The worst part is when they make accounting errors that affect business decisions (and of course, they take no responsibility for their mistakes). Look elsewhere for better service.
