Truck Rental Center at The Home Depot

Home Depot rental department is sort of a new thing here in St. Joseph and I haven't used them until a few days ago. I want to share my experience that I think others would find helpful.
I rented a texture sprayer for drywall and the staff was very knowledgeable and allowed me to reserve it a few hours prior to pick up. When I got there, we went over some instructions and they have printed some material for me with step by step instructions on how to use it. Unfortunately, when I was ready to get going the next day, the sprayer didn't seem to be working and I figured that the gun was clogged. Spent a few hours until I decided to call back to the rental center to see what they would advise. They were extremely helpful and said that another texture sprayer came back in (slightly bigger and more expensive) and that I could exchange what I had for it. They gave me the same rate, we tested the sprayer before I took it, and again were very helpful and prioritized the customer first. Bringing it back was as smooth as picking it up or exchanging it. The people that I talked to earlier in the day left some notes on what happened and how they should handle the charge. There were 4 people I dealt with and all were super! I was very happy how everything was handled and the solutions that were delivered.
While I was there, I got a chance to look around at what they have. Every piece of equipment seemed new, well maintained, and ready to go. I would highly recommend and will continue to use Home Depot Rental Department for any future needs.
