Very disappointed with my recent experience with Top Notch Tree Surgeon. I would not recommend their services to anyone I know. I had 2 trees taken down by them and once cleaned up discovered damages to my sidewalk, step and driveway. I immediately contacted Spencer about the issues and he ensured me that hed take care of it. I was told the ENTIRE portion of broken sidewalk would be taken out and completely replaced with new rebar and concrete (which you can see did not happen). The patch job on the step did re-stabilize the hand railing but Im not impressed with the appearance of the work. The damages to my driveway were not fixed or even attempted due to it already not being in the best shape, which was true for portions of the driveway, but the damaged area was intact before their work began. It was also stated they would attempt to use asphalt patching to try to repair the best they could (which I was okay with) & that did not happen. After expressing my frustration they then again offered to break up the sidewalk & pour a bag of concrete (what was supposed to be done the first time) in which I declined. The price was great, but as they say you get what you pay for.
