Gene at Baker's Tax has been doing my taxes for years. She's knowledgeable, helpful, and reliable. This season there was an issue with e-filing that was out of her control, so Gene did everything in her power to make it right. The excellent service made the 6-8 week wait on the mail system well worth it. I'll be coming here for years to come!

Told us she had to mail them in instead of efile but it would only take 2 or 3 days longer. She cant efile as her mother died. Turns out it takes 6 to 8 weeks or more if you mail in your return. So if you need your return dont use bakers
