        Called to get a letter notarized and told the person Id be in before they closed and the person who answered the phone didnt tell me they stopped doing notary at 3pm, when I went in they told me they couldnt help me that they wouldnt have time because they closed in an hour. This was very poor customer service and I feel like they wasted my time I had left work early to have this taken care of and they acted like they didnt care nor have time for me. Would give no stars if it was an option.

      Thank you for your review. We apologize for not meeting your customer service expectations. Our employees are trained to tell callers that we do notaries until 5pm weekdays and until 1pm on Saturdays. We are not able to have a notary available every hour the store is open. Unfortunately, it sounds like, we failed to tell you that. Please accept our apology. Sometimes mistakes are made and when we make them we take responsibility for them. If you are willing to accept our sincere apology and come back in, we will do your notary at no charge.In the future, if you have an issue with a small business, it is always better to talk to the owners before posting a review.
