I got a afo in December it was to short by the first toe so Kylie had another one made with the same casting but she never molded my foot and my afo hurts my foot I even have a corner on the bottom of my foot because she didnt mold me she does her job to fast and doesnt make sure its done right or what you want done I have been to other hanger clinic and have never had the problems that Ive had here in mo

My experience with Hanger Clinic has always been great. Tim Brown has always helped me out and has been a great resource. I am able to be much more active with the supports Tim has ordered in for me. This most recent time on a custom brace I'm actually working with someone else, and she seems very knowledgeable as well. If she reads this, I apologize for not remembering your name! I believe her last name is Vaughn. Both clinicians have taken the time to ask exactly what issues I'm having and what I'm looking for. I may be relocating in the next few months, so hopefully I can find another great Hanger clinic to fill the shoes of St. Joseph Hanger Clinic when I do.

Cancelled my childs appointment twice! Then called the emergency contact and let the emergency contact make a new appointment instead of calling me the parent to reschedule the appointment.

I have past experience with Hanger because both parents used their services...my mother for prosthetics, my father for diabetic shores and orthotics. I am pleased my own insurance covers Hanger services and I recently received a back brace and diabetic shoes and orthotics. I am please with the fit, with the knowledgeable staff and ness of everyone. The person working with me was very thorough and took time to listen to my questions and allay my concerns.
