I had a drug screen that I needed for my employer. The sign in the door said drug screens from 1-3. It was 230 when I walked in. There is nothing saying there needs to be an appointment but are recommended. There is a kiosk to check in so I used that. There was one person in the waiting room and one that came in after me. The tech came out and gave me a card that said to schedule an appointment by logging in. I stated that I was told I just needed to be there by 3. She stated all my drug screens are full. I then said I needed appointment by 5 tomorrow she then replied call your employer for an extension. I then asked if there was another quest to go to she stated not in st joe in a very short tone. There was mo help from staff at this facility.
