        Horrible service. Never seen anyone and was charged 150$ after insurance. I actually walked out because the service was so bad. I refused to pay them anything I feel they are frauds.

        I was yelled at on the phone by John who works in the records and orders. I was trying to give him a correct fax number to request my medical records. He claimed that he had the correct number even after I told him I just called and they gave me the correct number. He the started yelling, when I responded back he claimed he was yell because he couldn't hear me and to me that I should find a different doctor. Very unorganized and unprofessional office.

        The nurse practitioner is great but the doctor charged me several times for BCBS charges that were to be charged to BCBS. He also likes to set ultra high fees, in my opinion.
