Larson Heating & Air --Easy 5 stars. Heard about Larson via a commercial on tv. Service provided: Heating and Cooling troubleshoot/install. Patrick (office): Did an excellent job at getting us on the schedule and sending Josh out to troubleshoot. Josh did an excellent job at explaining the issues our systems were having and our options. We decided on replacing our 18+ year old systems. Larson team was extremely professional, responsive, on time, and knowledgeable. We really like that they sent out text messages with who would be onsite. For the install: Caleb, Gabe, and Dustin arrived on time. These guys quickly got to work removing the old systems (Furnace: A/C Unit) replacing with new systems. Along the way these guys gave updates. Site was kept clean. Site looked better after they left with the new a/c system in place--- great work. When it rains it pours, few days later we were on the phone with Patrick. This time our 18+year old water heater wasn't responding. Patrick got us on the schedule for the next day to troubleshoot. Josh sent out a text before arriving. Josh arrived. Spent time troubleshooting the aged hot water heater. Then proceeded to provide us with options: Being the water heater was aged. We opted to get a new system. For Install: Caleb, Tony, Dustin sent out a text with estimated arrive time. The team arrived on time, was extremely professional, and provided great quality service. Once again the guys kept us informed. And the water heater looks better than before-- excellent detail. The piping going into the system is professional looking. The duct work for the water heater has been thoroughly cleaned. Thank you! We have also had the opportunity to work with Miranda and Kirk. Both of these individuals have been extremely helpful, friendly, and understanding for the installs. We look forward to continuing business with Larson Heating & Air. Give Larson a call. Great team!
