Mold in rooms. Staff wouldnt refund stay. Do not go here.

I do not enjoy writing bad reviews, but I was here on work. Our group was promised a conference room, we got there and said we couldnt use it. All the rooms were filthy - stained sheets, floors, walls & smelt like it was never cleaned. Couldnt walk on the bare floor without crumbs and dirt getting stuck to your feet. Hair ALL over the bedsheets & rooms smelt moldy. Ended up cancelling our stay and moving hotels since the communication was so poor and the rooms were sickening. They refused to refund us even though we cancelled 24 hours in advance for the rest of the week. Very disappointing visit to say the least

Only giving 2 stars for the simple fact it was a roof over our heads for Easter weekend. Otherwise I would give a half star. Price is not worth the mediocre quality of the rooms. They advertise under the facade they have an indoor pool. Yet it is not operational and appears that it hasnt been for some time. The washer has been broke for at least 3 weeks now, everything works except the spin cycle. Then you spend 3 hours in the dryer. Their guest book they provide in the room I read front to back states they have a business center type deal with access to computers and etc. This also they do not have. I paid for one night, got charged for two. Got told it sometimes happens, even though it never had before, and that it would be back in 24 hours. Upon check out questioned them again about this. Now that I was walking out the door and no longer their problem, it was 3 to 5 days. Im sure it will be back in 3 to 5 but if I borrowed money from someones bank account without their permission for 3 to 5 days I would be in jail. Then tried to keep my deposit, said there was a cigarette butt in the windowsill, even though we never utilized the window. I eventually got my deposit back, which was going to happen anyways whether they liked it or not even if I had to come behind the front desk and take it myself. Motel 6 and/or Budget Inn have the equal amount of quality as this place. Save your money, go somewhere else.

By far the worst hotel Ive ever stayed at. And I stay at a lot of hotels. We were supposed to stay here 5 nights and we stayed 1. We were told we were supposed to get a conference room because we were here for work. When we got there, they told us the conference room is used for storage so we cant use it. We ended up getting another hotel the next day because we needed a conference room. There was also mold all over the walls in the shower area, sheets were very dirty and hairy. After talking with management they said they couldnt get us a refund for the ENTIRE week and will need to talk to the owner to get one. The owner doesnt even have a phone number and rarely communicates in email. They said we cannot get a refund for all 11 rooms I booked for 5 nights. That is $7,000 they are not giving me back. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have never experienced anything like this and highly recommend the Drury inn down the road or the holiday inn.
