The staff and Dr was nice, I was looking to find a new pcp after going thru some really bad medical issues and not having good care which resulted in my medical problems it, almost costed my life. This Dr seems to do the basic send you to someone else, like a referral service. Which is fine as long as I get good care that's all that matters to me at this point. What I didn't like and I feel is VERY important is honesty and accurately writing in their reports. This Dr was not honest on mine. She put down I refused to sign a paper for her to get my previous medical records.... I was told along with my spouse that she was putting in to get my medical records from my PCP provider which is mosaic as well. plus she was the only one that seen and was going off a an old medicine and medical list from yrs ago. She stated that was the updated one even though the nurse had the correct one she got off the same computer right before she came in...I was never shown or told about needing to sign a paper for my medical records. I was told by her and her nurse that they would be getting my records. After just having a really bad experience with a mosaic provider I got on my portal to look up my records again that Dr Adler couldn't find or see... That's when I seen hers so I read hers and noticed the inaccuracies. That makes no sense, for one why would I go to establish a new pcp and go over my past medical records and providers so she would know all about me. Just to supposedly deny to sign permission for my records from my PCP that's employed by the same employer mosiac as Dr Adler ... That doesn't even make sense. But I called in to the office and told them I never was ask to sign a paper, I was under the impression she was getting my records. I ask them to please have her correct her mistakes as that was not the only one. I was told it would be looked into and handled. It's been over 10 days and I see it's still not corrected. I would not recommend this Dr or office and I would highly recommend checking and reading your medical records and notes to verify accuracy of your medical records seems not all providers are honest.
