I never met Dr Buckles, however I never had any issues with the NP Danielle. She left this practice to go back to her prior clinic. Supposedly 1 or 2 months ago. Last week I called in to schedule my yearly wellness exam. I was not told she had left. Nor was I told that were dropping all of the NPs patients. I found this all out today. They booked my wellness exam and they scheduled my blood work but didnt bother to tell me my primary care had left the practice. They didnt bother to look over my prior labs. So they failed to request labs for the 2 issues I had with my prior labs, 1 being a higher than normal A1C and 2nd being Low vitamin D. When I questioned Dr (Chris? ) about my A1C and vitamin D levels, he said I should have asked for those tests. So apparently you have to be specific in what labs you need. That is not the DRs responsibility anymore. Now for most people this might not be an issue. But for me with my EXTREME anxiety, needles bring on full blown panic attacks. I prefer not to torture myself when it could have been avoided. After this debacle He asked me to get on the table so he could finish the wellness exam, and I told him no, just get me out of here. He then said this is why we are dropping you. Thats a load of manure, they were dropping me before I ever even set foot in that office. Nothing I said or did would have changed that. They only have this DR and Dr buckles now, so they cannot see all the patients from the Nurse practitioners, and are dropping them all. He Said that as soon as he came in the room. They were giving me 30 days to find another primary care provider as a courtesy. Thats laughable. Common courtesy wouldve been to tell me that she was no longer there when I called last week to make the appointment with her. Common courtesy wouldve been to apologize for the mistake instead, of telling me that I needed to advocate for my own care and request my own labs and it was my own fault. I wasnt told what labs they were drawing. I was not given a sheet of paper to take to go have labs drawn. I am not a doctor. But it stands to reason if my labs from a year ago said that I was low in vitamin D and my A1c was high, you would think that those would automatically be labs that they would request. He was mad and was running his mouth at me the entire time I was walking to the front. Told him I would write a glowing review. He said he doesnt care about reviews. So there you have it. I cant say anything negative about Dr Buckles, Ive never seen the man. But the unprofessional actions of the only other doctor in this practice leaves a lot to be desired. Was I angry? Absolutely. But I wouldve walked out of there and I would not have written a review, if it wasnt for him mouthing off about dropping me, all the way out the door, as if they had ever planned to keep me as a patient. If you want to show off your unprofessionalism. Then Ill help you.

Dr Buckles and all the NP are great! Theyre very thorough and truly care about their patients. Ive been seeing Buckles for years. I was referred by family members that all see Buckles. His office and waiting area are always clean and sanitized.

Had to find a new family doctor after Dr murphy retired. Was recommended to Dr Buckles so we scheduled a new patient appt for 2 of our kids. Unfortunately we were seen by nurse practitioner not Dr Buckles. However 2 months later we went to fill prescription refills that we had from previous Dr murphy and that Buckles supposedly continued. Nope. Called they acted like we were drug seeking. Had medical records sent they claimed never received. Sent proof they had received 3 months prior. Nope. Horrible customer service. Bad follow thru. Found new family Dr immediately. Avoid avoid.

This place is the worse. Charged 150$ for them to not perform any test when I'm having breathing problems from covid. I basically sat in the lobbie and They said the doctor was not there. I never seen a doctor or anything and left. This place is a scam when called to dispute the bill they hang up and say I need to send a letter to the owner. No wonder this place has bad reviews. The lobbie was extremely dirty. The floors and chairs had big stains.

Worst experience I've ever had with a Primary Care Physician. To start with, never even met Mr. Buckles himself, only ever met with a nurse practitioner. First appointment part of my diagnosis was depression, for which I was prescribed Citalopram, and was warned that not taking it after starting could be very dangerous. Then they proceeded to withhold these meds when I missed an appointment I wasn't even aware was made. I did miss one other appointment, scheduled early a.m. which was hard for me to make due to the aforementioned depression causing sleeping problems. Then the nurse practitioner I was scheduled to meet cancelled on me twice, after which I received a letter stating that I was being dropped as a patient, with no explanation. At my final appointment today 7/12/22, the explanation that was summed up to me was that I was dropped because I was taking up a spot which could be for someone else to make more money, so much for the hypocratic oath. Also, they play Christian radio over the speakers at all times, I'm guessing as a way to manipulate some of their clientele, because they certainly don't hold Christian values very highly. Buckles, if you read this, you should be ashamed of yourself.
