Dr day himself seems okay. My husband has seen him for several years at his Parkville office and for the past few years now at his st jo office. Ive seen him myself as well in Parkville and referred my husband to him because I had a good experience. This feedback is on his nurse specifically. Weve had issues with her in the past but worked through it. My husband called to get a refill on heart burn medicine. He hadnt been seen in a over year but He has an apt which is there first available in mid feb. He asked if he could get enough medicine til his apt and she straight up told him .. no not until you see the dr . He asked can you get me in earlier I only have a few days left. He explained how much discomfort he is after not taking this for just a couple days let a lone a month . Any ones whose experience acid reflex knows his pain . Nurse says no youll just have to wait a month . He asked can you give me just enough til my apt date . Still no youll have to be in pain for a month and just wait nothing I can do . He called his child hood dr Roney and explained this who then got him in two days later who refilled his heart burn meds . Thank goodness for him! Finally I wasnt going to write a review and wanted them to have a chance to address this first . Im thinking this nurse just likes to give patients a hard time verses helping so I thought if the situation got to dr day or a manger maybe they would approve a few more weeks for him considering its been a daily med fir about 8 years now . I went ahead and canceled the apt and asked for a manger to call me back. I figured no one would call back and its been three days now no one has called . Can only assume the I dint care attitude of the nurse is within this entire faculty . They also use to have a couple other reviews on his nurses that are no longer on here ??? Not sure how those got removed I will be watching my review closely .

I met Dr. Day earlier this week on a meet and greet. He went over my chart with me. Ordered lab and a bone scan. Dr. Day also went over my chronic back issues. I felt he was thorough on all my health issues. Dr. Day is kind and caring. I was fortunate to have chose him. Thank you Dr. Day
