        10|10 definitely recommend, first off they got me in at 9:00am the same day I called because I was in excruciating pain. Every staff that was nice & answered every question I had. He was fast and friendly, will return again.

        4pm this guy let me walk in for severe tooth pain , funny guy ...got rid of the cooties . Yep pulled my bad tooth ...thanks I really appreciate you all

        I called to attempt to make an appointment after being referred by NWH. The receptionist who answered the phone immediately heard that I was referred by NWH and jumped straight to tooth extraction. Did not even let me ask for a regular checkup or cleaning. Absolutely horrible customer service, and I can only assume that this was due to her own personal bias after hearing where I was referred from. This person should NOT be allowed to interact with patients.
