I waited a year for an appointment. I called them and more than five times they postponed us. Finally, I went there today the receptionist told us we were on the waiting list again. I do not want to give even one star but compulsory.

They were horrible! They acted like they were gonna be helpful but nope they did give me a referral for kck and that place is awesome! Northwest don't return phone calls kept getting the runaround, I won't go back!!

I waited over 6 months for my appointment. Went today at 2:30 to be told they tried to call me a month and a half ago to cancel due to no staff but said my phone was out of service?!? My phone has never been without service, and i never received a voicemail/text/email communication regarding the cancellation either. instead of offering to get me scheduled they directed me to two other dental offices. what a joke and waste of time.

Our experience was great. Dr Dana was very down to earth and thorough. Our hygienist also friendly and helpful with my girls. We will be back.
