My Mom lives next door to a property that was managed by Top Hand and they only showed twice before letting trashy non working couple with their 2 kids move in. Mind you it's a nice neighborhood and the house was completely new inside and from day one they had cars coming and going non stop day in day out. Couldn't even take go outside without smelling like weed when you came back inside. Trash all over. Yard looked like the grasslands. Called Top hand multiple times and was told nothing could be done. Said they have a right to live how they want. Finally after 8 months they started receiving evection letters on their front door and about 3 months later in the middle of the night they started moving out. Owner came by to see his property a few days later and he said they cause Thousands of dollars in damages. They whole place had been trashed. From Holes in the doors and walls. Flooring damages. He was so upset as you can imagine. Just spent 3 months remodeling this home and in less than a year he has to do it all over again. All because Top hand did not "manage" his property as if they were being paid to do. I would definitely go with another company before I would let them near my home!!

Tried looking at a house for rent person showing house didnt seem too friendly. Plus too much confusion on my application
