Burger King

Waited in line at drive thru for 15 minutes. Their ordering machine was down. After finally getting to the window no one was there to take our order. After 5 more minutes we left. Not one person inside the dining room. Only 3 cars that Included our car in the drive thru. Went to the subway down the street was excellent. Skip this Burger King!

Ive never in my life seen a restaurant as bad as this one when it comes to customer service. Between having to repeat your order 5-6 times and it still being wrong or getting cold food. Nuggets are always stiff and cold. The mozzarella sticks are always hard as brick and the burgers are always cold to the point the cheese isnt melted. The staff is never in appropriate attire and constantly on their phones. Im assuming it was the manager on duty, Rude and snarky on front counter. For the past 3 times Ive gone there its always the wrong food or cold and nasty. You can clearly see over the counter into the kitchen and its constantly nasty. Every. Single. Time. I absolutely refuse to go back. This place either needs all new employees or the health department called because Im sure theres no way they would pass on how its current conditions are. The GM is a great person but other than that I think the entire store is ran by toddlers.

Went through drivethru, 7 pm. Was rushed through the order, and while the order arrived quickly, it was neither fresh nor correct. Couldnt go back to get it fixed because I was pressed for time. The fries tasted like they were made from salt, and were limp and lukewarm. Somehow, they confused a Crispy Chicken Sandwich with a Big Fish, and a Root Beer for a Dr. Pepper.

Pretty standard fast food joint. Tasted like Burger King should. No salt or ketchup when we stopped here; blame that on Transportation strike and covid. I will say the manager, though obviously about to break down because of this, was keeping her store moving and her customers fed.

This place is terrible. Every time I go there, there is always a wait and there are only 2 employees. I pulled up to the window and handed them a coupon and the employee said oh we have to ring up the whole order now because you didn't tell me do you really want to do that. I've never had them tell me that before. As we were ordering you geet rushed and don't even get to finish what you are trying to say. I really like Burger King but it's not a good experience ever. Sad.
