We rented this place out for an exciting evening. It was a beautiful venue but not a beautiful experience! The food was delicious but an hour and 30 minutes late being served. The venue has refused to refund my deposit that is stated in my contract that will be refunded within two weeks. It has now been over a month since my event took place. The owners were very unprofessional by not returning phone calls, emails and texts throughout the process. As event planning is stressful enough it just added to it after I spent good money to rent this place out. They kept the food that I had to pay for and did not even offer to box it up if I wanted to take it with or offer it to guests when they were leaving. The staff helped themselves to food without even being so kind as to ask if we minded. The owner has not given me an answer why I have not received my deposit back or any plans to pay me the amount due. If you do not want any money back for a deposit, then I would recommend this place. If you do care about good customer service and you are willing to fulfill your end of the contract, then I would not count on these people to give you a professional experience. This is a gorgeous venue, but it lacks. The professionalism to match.

We rented this venue for our event. The contract says we should have received our deposit back within two weeks. I called after 30 days and the woman told me that I would not be receiving my deposit back and only to tell me that there was a few pieces of confetti on the floor, but she did not supply any evidence or pictures. We were never offered to take the leftover portions of food that were not eaten and were included and what was paid for by us within the contract. Instead, we saw employees helping themselves and dishing themselves up a plate of our food in the back room without even asking. Our food was not served until 8 PM when our event was from 6 PM until 9 PM . Our guests felt rushed and were very uptight and impatient because many have dietary needs and times he needed to eat, and I was assured that dinner would be served shortly after everyone arrived. So if you must rent this place, please be aware that you will probably be taken advantage of for your deposit, and the owner will make up false claims of why you are not getting your deposit back. They do this to take advantage because they know in all likelihood, a person will not pursue small claims court for such a small amount. Good scam to make more money! Too bad this is such a beautiful venue and regretfully it does not have the professional management to match its beauty and elegance. BUYER BEWARE!!!
